Our Philosophy

At Edith Meyer, we believe that desserts are only as good as their ingredients, and that organic, locally-sourced food really does taste better than commercially produced, large-scale products. We work with local Santa Cruz organic farmers to gather as many ingredients as possible. We are committed to using free-range organic eggs, flours and sugars, and fresh organic fruits and vegetables.
