Our Philosophy

At Edith Meyer, we believe that desserts are only as good as their ingredients, and that organic, locally-sourced food really does taste better than commercially produced, large-scale products. We work with local Santa Cruz organic farmers to gather as many ingredients as possible. We are committed to using free-range organic eggs, flours and sugars, and fresh organic fruits and vegetables for our cakes, pies, and small bites.

One bite of any Edith Meyer delicacy and you’ll agree the quality of the ingredients definitely has an impact on the final product.
