Cake Tuesday: here's to the individual.
For this wedding I made miniature orange chiffon cakes, with fresh organic orange juice and zest in each delicate dessert:

I tucked fresh orchids and raspberries into the tiers on the towering display, and then each guest was served an individual cake, plated with swirls of fresh raspberry purée and bittersweet chocolate sauce.
