Cake Tuesday: Surf's up!

This is for all you East Coasters who are surviving the ice and snow:

Imagine yourselves on a tropical island! Each tier of this cake included two layers of incredibly rich cheesecake, one layer of bittersweet chocolate cake, with two layers of fresh organic raspberries and raspberry puree.

Now all you need is an umbrella drink.
